Computing, testing and graphing of the Principal Response Curves (PRC) is now an easy task.
PRC method is a very useful way to visualize and test the developing effects of external factors (toxic spill, ecosystem restoration actions, etc.) upon communities (response variables) across time. The above snapshot shows both the resulting diagram (in the top part) as well as the choices available in the Graph Wizard to setup a PRC diagram.
